• It will bring you the details to fill in for register eg; space for user put your phone number.
• Fill in the password; it has to be 8 characters mix of numbers and letters
• Fill in your first name and last name
• Choose your Nationality and Fill in your ID
• Choose your Password
• Ignore the space for promo-code
• Accept terms and conditions
• Lastly, click Register.
• N/B: you will receive a confirmation code as SMS; enter that code to confirm your account.
• Then fill in your profile details to activate your account.

Withdraw with Mobile Money

● Log in your account ● Go to your Profile and click on withdraw ● Select your mobile money operator ● Put the amount you are withdrawing ● Click Withdraw and your money will be deducted from your balance and will transfer directly to your mobile money account NB: You have to use that number you used to register only !

Withdraw with USSD

● Dial – *165# ● Select – Payments ● Select Lotto & Sport Betting ● Select (3) Online Withdraw ● Enter your GSB user ID ● Enter withdraw amount ● Enter the withdraw code ● Confirm and select (1) Continue SMS Been sent to you with the withdrawal confirmation

Withdraw in Shop

● Log in your account, click on withdrawal ● Select Shop Cash ● Put the amount you wish to withdraw and the password ● Click on request withdraw ● You will receive a message with your withdraw transfer code to your Phone ● Go to our nearest shop, give the cashier /manager your user id, amount withdrawn and the withdraw code
