At Stade Pierre-Mauroy, 4th placed Lille host 3rd placed Marseille as the race for the French Ligue one continues. 3 points separate the 2 sides, so I expect Lille to pause a lot of resistance and look for 3 points in this game. I expect an end-to-end game that will give us at least 2 goals.
At MKM stadium, 9th placed Hull City host 2nd placed Boro who trail log leaders Coventry by 10 points. 1X is quite a big odd and worth a risk depending on Middlesborough’s away form. They have not won any of their away games from their last 5 league fixtures.
At Villa Park in Birmingham, 4th placed Aston Villa host log leaders Arsenal as the race for EPL silverware continues. I expect a balanced game with the hosts trying not to lose and attempt to win. I expect a goal from each side. Aston Villa have won their last 3 league games scoring in each.
Currently 14th placed and having not won a game from their last 5 league games, I do not see Bournemouth troubling inform 3rd placed Chelsea. Bournemouth have lost 4 and drawn once in their last 5 league outings.
After all the struggling and the bad performances, Liverpool will surely fight to put to bed these 3 points as they try to revive their season. I see an away win in this one.
After losing to Monaco last weekend, I see PSG trying to revive their form as they currently sit 2nd trailing Lens by a point. Rennes are 4th placed and have won all their last 4 games. I surely see them scoring a goal today. I see a minimum of 3 goals basing on both teams’ style of play.
At Estadio San Mames, 8th placed Bilbao host 4th placed Atletico who better them with 9 points on the log. I expect a reserved game from the away side as they will try to win it smartly however much the home side will play with nothing to lose. I see a minimum of 2 goals.
At Armando Maradona stadium in Naples, 2nd placed Napoli who are tied on 28th points with log leaders AC Milan host 6th placed Juventus who are really back into their winning form. I expect an end-to-end game with a minimum of 3 goals scored. Both sides have won their last 3 games
It’s Sunday special football and in La Liga Real Madrid host Celta Vigo at Estadio Santiago Bernabeu. After drawing 3 consecutive games, the Los Blancos came back to their winning ways in midweek. Their poor form saw them lose the 1st spot to now sit in 2nd position. I see Madrid winning this game basing on Celta Vigo’s inconsistency.
After giving the entire English football supporting fraternity a big show in mid-week against Man City, Fulham host Crystal Palace at Craven Cottage. Fulham scored 4 goals against Man City and I see them at least scoring a goal being at home ground. Crystal Palace have scored in 4/5 of their last 5 EPL fixtures and I see them at least scoring a goal in today’s game. Goal-Goal is a safe bet in this London derby.
~GOOD LUCK~
