1. Aston Villa Vs Liverpool – Yes (Friday)
Here comes Friday night football at Villa Park as Liverpool continue on their journey to Champions League qualification. Both sides have 59 points with 2 games to go with the former and latter sitting 4th and 5th placed. I expect an end-to-end game with at least a goal from each side.
2. St. Etienne Vs Rodez – 1 (Friday)
At Stade Geoffroy-Guichard in Saint Etienne, here comes the Semi final of French Ligue 1 promotion as the host looks forward to returning to top flight football. Playing at home with an intension of securing high level football, I see them winning this game though with a tight margin
3. Chelsea Vs Man City – 2 (Saturday)
It is the FA Cup final at Wembley as Man City take on Chelsea. Basing on the current trend of Chelsea’s performances, I do not see them lasting 90 minutes against a top performing Man City side on a final. Man City will win.
4. Werder Bremen Vs Dortmund – O2.5 (Saturday)
Match day 34 in the Germany Bundesliga symbolizes goals. The league ends today and nothing much to change as the season is almost done. I expect an end-to-end game as players farewell their fans before the World Cup. Both their last 2 meetings in 2025 and 2026 have seen more than 2 goals.
5. Frankfurt Vs Stuttgart – Yes (Saturday)
Both sides are on the verge of qualifying or falling short on Champions League basing on results on this last game. Stuttgart are 4th placed with equal points with Hoffenheim and any mistake today, they end up losing the spot to 5th placed Hoffenheim. Frankfurt also still hope to qualify for Europa conference league if at all Freiburg loses. I expect an all-attack minded game approach from both sides. Let us go for goal-goal
6. Manchester United Vs Nottingham – 1 (Sunday)
The Red devils already qualified for Champions league but as the season gets to its climax, I see them pushing for all wins in the remaining 2 fixtures as their gaffer looks at securing the job permanently. Playing at Old Trafford, Man United will Win.
7. Everton Vs Sunderland – U3.5 (Sunday)
Everton have not won a single game from their last 5 EPL fixtures and here comes Sunderland that have only secured one win from their last 5. I expected a dull game with very few goals (if not 1, just 2) The game will not amount to 4+ goals.
8. Newcastle Vs West Ham – X2 (Sunday)
With 2 games to go and West Ham being on the verge of relegation, I see them fighting hard for a win today and the worst they may get will be a draw. Newcastle has nothing much to lose or achieve from this fixture given they sit 13th on the log at the moment.
9. Juventus Vs Fiorentina – 1 (Sunday)
The old lady is currently 3rd placed not yet sure about Champions League qualification and here comes 15th placed Fiorentina. With 2 games to go, I see Juventus focusing more on winning this home game if at all they are to qualify for champions league next season.
10. Getafe Vs Mallorca – U2.5 (Sunday)
With just 2 games to go in the Spanish top tier league, Getafe that are not yet sure of European qualification host Mallorca that are fighting relegation. I see both sides not baring a loss at this moment in time. It will be a reserved game with less than 3 goals.
