Date and time of the Champions League quarterfinal draw

Everything took place as usual at the polls in Nyon, Switzerland, on Friday, March 17, 2023. Starting at 12 (local time), there was the draw for the quarter-finals of the Champions League, which already formed the draw for the future semi-finals, and then it was the turn of those of Europe and the Conference League in order of importance.

Once past the round of 16, there were no limits for the best 8 teams in Europe. This means that starting in the quarterfinals, everyone could have met everyone—both sides from the same country and sides that had already met in the qualifying rounds. It’s a 100% open draw.

After the draw for the quarterfinals and semi-finals, another one was made to decide where on the table the team that will play the Champions League final at “home” would be.
