Predictions

EKITANGAZA KYA WEEKEND FREE ONLINE FOOTBALL TIPS AND PREDICTIONS 31ST JAN, 1ST & 2ND FEBRUARY 2025

1. Blackburn Vs Preston – X2 (Friday)

At Ewood park, 7th placed Blackburn host 15th placed Preston as the English Championship continues. Blackburn have lost all their last 3 games yet Preston have won their last 2 and drawn twice in their last 4. I do not see them losing today, the worst they can get from this game is a draw basing on form.

2. Lech Poznan Vs Widzew Lodz – 1 (Friday)

At Stadion Poznan log leaders Lech Poznan host 9th placed Widzew Lodz as the Polish top tier league continues. Being just 2 points ahead of Rakow, I expect the hosts to push hard for this Win to extend their table lead to 5 points.

3. Bournemouth Vs Liverpool – Yes (Saturday)

At Vitality stadium, 7th placed Bournemouth that have not lost a game from their last 11 Premier League games host Liverpool that have not lost an EPL game from their last 18. What a game of football as Liverpool get one of the biggest tests if they are to push for title this season. I expect an end-to-end game with at least a goal from each side.

4. Everton Vs Leicester – 1 (Saturday)

A few games after the appointment of David Moyes, we all noticed a big positive change in Everton’s performance as they have won their last games against strong sides (Tottenham and Brighton). They are playing Leicester that have won only once and lost 4 times from their last 5 outings. Playing at Goodison Park, I expect Everton to edge Leicester and win this game.

5. Newcastle Vs Fulham – 1 (Saturday)

At St. James’ Park, 5th placed Newcastle host Fulham and a Win will see the Magpies move 4th on the log as they better Nottingham on goal difference keeping other factors constant. Newcastle have also won 4/5 last head-to-head against Fulham who are currently sitting 10th on the log. Let us go with home win.

6. Brest Vs PSG – 2&O2.5 (Saturday)

At Stade Francis Le-Ble in Brest, 8th placed Stade Brest host log leaders Paris Saint Germain as Ligue 1 gets to match day 20. PSG have won 4/5 of their last head-to-head meetings with Brest. 5/5 of their last H2H have attributed to a minimum of 3 goals.

7. Nec Nijmegen Vs PSV – 2 (Saturday)

At Goffertstadion, 11th placed NEC Nijmegen host log leaders PSV as the Eredivisie intensifies. PSV leads the log with a more game played as 2nd placed Ajax trails them by just 4 points. I expect them to try stretch their log lead following Ajax’s title chase with a very good form. PSV have won 4/5 last head-to-head meetings with Nec Nijmegen.

8. Manchester United Vs Crystal Palace – 1 (Sunday)

Currently 12th placed, Man United host 13th placed Crystal Palace as the race to enter the top half of the table continues. The Red Devils last defeated Crystal Palace in February 2023 and went ahead to lose 2 times and draw once from their last 3 head-to-head since then. However much the stats may not favor the hosts, basing on their current improved in the style of play, adoption to the new system, ruthlessness on the pitch when they lose the ball, I see United winning this game. They are playing at home; I expect them edge Crystal Palace.

9. Arsenal Vs Manchester City – Yes&O2.5 (Sunday)

Second placed Arsenal come up as favorites to win this fixture given odd 2.10 as Man City stand at 3.71 on Sunday. I anticipate an end-to-end game as both sides will want to use this game to set and send a statement to Liverpool that the league is still on. Expect goals from either side and I do not see it ending in a draw. 4/6 of their last head-to-head meetings have seen both teams score and over 2.5 goals.

10. AC Milan Vs Inter Milan – 2 (Sunday)

At Giuseppe Meazza stadium commonly known as the San Siro, AC Milan host their city rivals Inter Milan in the famous Milan derby. AC Milan with their bad run of form by then shockingly won the 1st leg which shocked everyone and here comes the 2nd leg. I expect Inter Milan to revenge basing on their current stand in the league, sitting 2nd with just 3 points behind Napoli also having a game in hand. AC Milan are currently 7th placed and traveled to Croatia in mid-week where they lost to D. Zagreb in Champions league on Wednesday. I see them not matching Inter Milan today. Remember both sides host their games at the San Siro, so home advantage does not work here. Away Win looks safer.
