Predictions

EKITANGAZA KYA WEEKEND ONLINE FOOTBALL PREDICTIONS 24th, 25th & 26th JANUARY 2025

1. Torino Vs Cagliari – Yes (Friday)

Two bottom half teams meet today in the race to Scudetto as 10th placed Torino host 14th placed Cagliari at Stadio Olimpico di Torino in Turin. Both sides easily concede and we have seen both score a goal at least in 4/5 of their last 5 head-to-head meetings. Bajja kwetebamu tukwate goal-goal.

2. NEC Vs Kampala City Council Authority – U2.5 (Friday)

At MTN Omondi stadium in Bugolobi, 2nd placed NEC will host 5th placed KCCA as the Uganda Premier League continues. I do not expect NEC to open up play so much as they can not bare to lose 3 points following their title charge with log leaders Vipers. I do not expect so many goals.

3. Bournemouth Vs Nottingham – Yes (Saturday)

At Vitality stadium, 7th placed Bournemouth host 3rd placed Nottingham as the top 4 battle continues. What a game of football as two attack minded clubs meet. I expect an end-to-end game which will see each side at least score a goal.

4. Brighton Vs Everton – O2.5 (Saturday)

At Amex stadium, 9th placed Brighton host 16th placed Everton who are just 4 points out of relegation zone. On appointment of the new manager David Moyes, Everton started improving as they snatched a 3-2 win against Tottenham last weekend. I anticipate an end-to-end game with at least a goal from each side. 4/5 of their last head-to-head meetings have seen both teams scoring a goal.

5. Liverpool Vs Ipswich – 1&O1.5 (Saturday)

League leaders Liverpool will be hosting 18th placed Ipswich at Anfield as the EPL intensifies. Liverpool are so many steps ahead of Ipswich and I see them winning this game with a minimum of 2 goals scored. Liverpool won their 1st leg 2:0 away from home.

6. Wolves Vs Arsenal – 2 (Saturday)

Wolves are just one place out of relegation with just goal difference and here they host Arsenal at Molineux. However much Arsenal has got some Injuries, I see the Gunners coming out of this game as victors based on pedigree. Wolves have lost all their last 5 head-to-head meetings with Arsenal and only managed to score one goal.

7. Manchester City Vs Chelsea – Yes (Saturday)

At Etihad, Man City who are having one of their worst seasons in the last 6 years host Chelsea who are trying to revive their past glory under a new manager Maresca. I anticipate an end-to-end game. Chelsea 4th placed, Man City 5th placed with 2 points separating them, I see a minimum of a goal from each side.

8. Real Valladolid Vs Real Madrid – 2&O2.5 (Saturday)

Real Madrid regained their top spot at the summit of the La Liga table after Atletico slumped with a loss against Leganes away from home. I see the Los Blancos stretching their lead this weekend as they are playing a team, they are way better than. Madrid have won 5/5 of their last 5 head-to-head meetings with Valladolid not scoring a goal.

9. Fulham Vs Manchester United – O2.5 (Sunday)

At Craven Cottage, 10th placed Fulham host 13th placed Man United who are really struggling to balance and gain winning consistency under a new manager Ruben Amorim. I anticipate an end-to-end game as both sides will aim for maximum points. I expect goals from both sides which will easily lead to an O2.5 goals.

10. Lecce Vs Inter Milan – 2&O1.5 (Sunday)

Inter Milan are currently 2nd placed on Italian Serie A log with a game in hand and 3 points behind leaders Napoli. It may be a bit tight but I expect Inter to win at Lecce basing on form and Pedigree. Lecce are just one point above relegation and have lost 5/5 last head-to-head meetings with Inter scoring only one goal in all games.

~GOOD LUCK~
