Predictions

EKITANGAZA KYA WEEKEND ONLINE FOOTBALL TIPS AND PREDICTIONS - 14th Feb

1. Brighton Vs Chelsea – Yes (Friday)

Currently sitting in the 10th spot, Brighton host 4th placed Chelsea as the EPL continues. Brighton knocked Chelsea out of the FA Cup last weekend and I see them trying to revenge. I anticipate an end-to-end game at Amex and I see each side at least scoring a goal.

2. QPR Vs Derby – No Goal (Friday)

At Loftus Road, 13th placed QPR host 21st placed Derby County that have not won a game from their last 5 Championship games. I expect the home side to be more aggressive in this fixture basing on capability and form. I expect less offensive play from Derby. 4/5 of their last Head-to-head meetings have not seen both sides score.

3. Leicester City Vs Arsenal – 2&1.5O (Saturday)

At King Power, Leicester City currently 18th placed host 2nd placed Gunners as both get to the most crucial period of their season. Arsenal are really looking at reducing their points gap with Liverpool who sit on top of the log, and with this, I see them capitalizing on this game to attain maximum points provided they are playing a weak Leicester side that only has one win from their last five league games.

4. Manchester City Vs Newcastle United – O2.5 (Saturday)

What a game of football at this moment in time as the league gets to match day 25. Man City occupy the 5th spot as Newcastle sit 6th. Both have the same points and same goal difference however City edges with only goals scored. I expect an end-to-end game with a minimum of 1.5 goals from each side.

5. Monaco Vs Nantes – 1 (Saturday)

At Stade Louis (II) in France, 4th placed Monaco host 15th placed Nantes as Ligue 1 gets to match day 22. A win for Monaco will see them move 3rd on the log keeping other factors constant. Basing on player quality, form and pedigree, I expect Monaco to win this game.

6. Bayer Leverkusen Vs Bayern Munich – O2.5 (Saturday)

At Bay Arena, last season’s defending champions Bayer Leverkusen host this season’s log leaders Bayern Munich. It’s match day 22 and 8 points separate the two sides. I expect and end-to-end game with both sides trying to push their run to the Bundesliga title. 4/5 of their last head-to-head meetings have seen O2.5 goals.

7. Lazio Vs Napoli – 1X (Saturday)

Currently 4th placed, Lazio host league leaders Napoli at Stadio Olimpico as the race to 2024/25 Scudetto continues. Of recent Napoli’s high-flying form that saw them lead the log reduced and we have seen them draw in their last 2 games. I do not remember when I last saw Napoli defeating Lazio and I still do not expect to see it today. Lazio have won 4/5 of their last head-to-head meetings. Lazio last lost to Napoli in 2022.

8. Liverpool Vs Wolves – 1 (Sunday)

Premier League Leaders Liverpool host 17th placed Wolves who are really struggling to overcome relegation. Liverpool have won 4/5 of their last head-to-head meetings and all the 4 wins were consecutively the last meetings. At Anfield, I see the Reds pushing for a win.

9. Tottenham Vs Manchester United – Yes (Sunday)

At Tottenham stadium, 14th placed Spurs host 13th placed Man United as the race to enter the top half of the table continues. Man United last defeated Tottenham in 2022 and Spurs have gone ahead to win 3/5 of their last meetings with United. I expect an end-to-end game with at least a goal from each side. 3/5 of their last H2H meetings have seen both teams score.

10. Juventus Vs Inter – 2 (Sunday)

Here comes Derby d’Italia as Currently 5th placed Juventus host 2nd placed Inter Milan at the famous Allianz stadium in Turin. Juventus have not been having a good run of games and no punter can trust them to win this game. I authoritatively see the away side edging the host in this game today as the race for the scudetto continues. It will be a tight one but we as risk takers, we may trust Inter to defeat Juventus.

~Good Luck~
