1. Monza Vs Juventus – 2 (Friday)
Juventus succumbed to a two goal win by Monza in the 2nd leg of last season as the Old Lady was really having a poor season. Following the Old Lady’s form and heroics this season that have positioned them in 2nd place on the log with 2 points behind log leaders Inter, I anticipate them winning this encounter as a pay back to Monza and a chance to top Serie A prior to their match day. Sure win away, tuyina okubanja.
2. Arsenal Vs Wolves – 1 (Saturday)
Arsenal currently lead the league and here comes an opportunity to further extend their lead at the summit of the table. The gunners have won all their last 4 meetings with Wolves and being home, I do not give the away side any chance to attain a single point.
3. Newcastle Vs Man United – O2.5 (Saturday)
In-form Newcastle host Man United at one of the most hostile support grounds St. James’s Park at the race for both to enter the top 4 continues. Man United currently sit 6th on the log as the hosts occupy the 7th spot. Both are in great form and hardly finish a game without scoring at least a goal. 5. AC Milan Vs Frosinone – 1 (Saturday)
AC Milan are currently 3rd placed with 26 points creating 4 and 6 point margins with Juventus and Inter Respectively. A win today will see them get to 29 points which gives them more boast in the Scudetto race. Being home, I see them win today
6. Osasuna Vs Real Sociedad – 2 (Saturday)
If there is a most possible odd 2 win this weekend, it is this away win as high flying Real Sociedad face struggling Osasuna. Real Sociedad have won 5/5 last H2H La Liga meetings with Osasuna. The home side is currently 14th placed not having won a game from their last 4 league fixtures. I do not see them stopping the Txuri- Urdin.
7.Famalicao Vs FC Porto – 2 (Saturday)
At Estadio De Municipal Famalicao, 7th placed Famalicao host 3rd placed FC Porto as the league continues. Porto lost to Barcelona in mid-week and I see this as an opportunity for them to bounce back to their winning ways. A win will see Porto cling their gap with Sporting CP if at all the latter does not win.
8. Hadjuk Split Vs Gorica – 1&O1.5 (Saturday)
A win for Hadjuk Split will extend their lead to 39 points as the race in the Croatian top flight continues. Gorica are currently 4th placed but I do not see them stopping the most in-form side in the league that have won all their last 5 games in the league. 3/5 last H2H meetings between the 2 sides have been won by the home side. Let go for a win with a total minimum of 2 goals.
9. Man City Vs Tottenham – 1&O2.5 (Sunday)
Man City are currently sitting 2nd on the log after drawing with Liverpool last weekend. At Etihad, Spurs are the guests and I expect an end to end game as both will try to secure maximum points. If there is a game Man City needs to win, it is this one cause if they lose points, their title hopes will have started to decline. Tottenham have lost all their last 3 Premier league fixtures and I do not see them attain anything against City
10. Barcelona Vs Atl. Madrid – U2.5 (Sunday)
Barcelona are currently 4th placed as they host 3rd placed Atletico Madrid at Estadio Olimpico a neutral location. It is a hard one at the moment to trust Barcelona with a sure win given due their inconsistence. Both sides always respect each other every time they meet and it is on very few occasions when we have witnessed over 2.5 goals. 5/6 last H2H meetings have seen Under 2.5 goals
