Terms & Conditions 

1. A BETTER PLACE LIMITED (“GSB’’ or ‘’Company”) provides this promotion with the understanding that you accept and agree to the following terms and conditions.
2. This promotion is available for all registered customers from eligible countries [Uganda] 15.06.26 (00:01 GMT+2) to 21.06.26 (23:59 GMT+2) and 22.06.26 (00:01 GMT+2) to 28.06.26 (23:59 GMT+2).
3. The “Aviator Cup” promotion (“The campaign”) is only available in Real mode and for real money.
4. The participating game is Aviator.
5. The promotion takes place in weekly cycles: two (2) weekly tournaments with total prize pools of up 11,250,000 UGX each, credited to the top 200 players with the highest score on the leaderboard.
6. To receive the Cash prizes, customers must participate in the campaign, click on “join” to the promotion, play Aviator and achieve the highest combined sum of all their winning multipliers, getting a place on the leaderboard.
7. The minimum bet amount required to qualify for the promotion is: 400 UGX.
8. Users can track their own points individually by checking the “Score” indicated in Top Bar Line or view the promotion’s leaderboard.
9. The points system depends on the participant’s highest combined sum of all their winning multipliers, “Sum of Multiplier”, achieved and cashed out by betting above 400 UGX every time. The winning multipliers will transform into points: 5.00X = 1 point. For example, a multiplier of 56.5x earns 11.3 points. Each new winning multiplier bet achieved will be added to the sum of points of all the winning multipliers.
10. Points are added after each round.
11. Cash prizes will be credited to the winners after the completion of the weekly cycle.
12. Cash prizes are instantly credited to the customer’s account upon receiving the winning notification or shortly thereafter, provided that all eligibility and participation criteria have been met.
13. The prize winners will be determined and notified via phone (or SMS) using the contact details registered in their account within 72 hours after the weekly cycle ends, based on the highest total points accumulated.
14. Prizes will be awarded as per the prize pool tab indicated in the game.
15. The promotion is part of a promotional campaign with a total maximum prize value of 22,500,000 UGX.
16. Only verified Casino Players are eligible to win the prizes.
17. Cash prizes do not have ANY wagering requirements.
18. Prizes paid while using bonus funds will be paid out in bonus funds.
19. Cash prizes will be paid out in the currency the winning bet was placed with, according to currency conversion.
20. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.
21. Casino reserves the right to not pay out a cash prize where the win results from any obvious error, mistake or technical fault (including incorrect game pay-outs) whether caused by a machine or human error in respect of any of the participating games. Casino further reserves the right to not pay out a cash prize where, in its opinion, the win results from cheating or collusion with other players.
22. Company reserves the right to amend, cancel, or renew the terms of the promotion or refuse participation without prior notice. Changes to the terms and conditions will be effective immediately upon their posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review these terms and conditions periodically for any changes.
23. Company retains the right to review customer transaction records and logs for any reason. In the event that such a review reveals a customer’s participation in a strategy that the Company, at its sole discretion, deems to be unfair, Company reserves the following rights:
    1. Revoking the entitlement of such customers to the promotion.
    2. Cancelling any associated winnings.
